- The range of PCR products is based on the usual range of colored and transparent film products, where part or most of the raw material is replaced by PCR raw material.
- Films can contain 30 – 99 % PCR raw materials* (*depending on type, color and customer requirements).
- Can be produced in a thickness range of 12-150 µm.
- Weldable (Sealable) films supplied in different color shades.
- Can be welded with PP, PE, PET, PS, PVC, …
- Can be produced in the thickness range: 23 – 150 µm.
- Films are suitable for direct contact with foodstuffs.
- The non-flammable film is testing according to the UL94 standards
- It is provided with a coating (one-sided x two-sided).
- Can be produced in colours according to the customer’s wishes.
- Black films in thickness 12 – 23 µm are opaque especially from close range. When moving the film away from the object, they become transparent. Flms in thickness 25 – 150 µm have high coverage at all distances.
- White foils are less opaque at zero distance, for example text remains legible. Even when zoomed out to a few centimeters, they become more opaque and the objects behind the film less clear.
